LiftKin Support

Try the steps below first. If you still need help, email liftkin@gmail.com.

Protect your privacy. Please do not email health details, workout notes, Bolt prompts, receipts, API keys, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Bolt is unavailable

Your local workout logging and bundled exercise-help images may remain available while Bolt is offline.

Purchase failed

Do not email a full receipt. If support needs purchase information, we will tell you the minimum details that can safely help.

Restore Purchases

In LiftKin, open the subscription or settings screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. Restoration can require an internet connection and may take a moment to update.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Apple’s subscription-management page to view, change, or cancel an active subscription. Deleting LiftKin does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Your workout data

Workout history and most application data are stored locally on your device. LiftKin currently has no account system, so we generally cannot retrieve or restore local workout history from our servers. Before deleting the app or changing devices, consider how your device and iOS backup settings may affect that data.

Basic troubleshooting

  1. Check your internet connection if the issue involves Bolt, a purchase, or restoration.
  2. Force close and reopen LiftKin.
  3. Restart your iPhone.
  4. Update LiftKin and iOS.
  5. Note what you were doing and the exact error message, without copying sensitive workout or health information.
