Using LiftKin

Terms of Use

These terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for the LiftKin iOS app.

Effective date: July 13, 2026

1. Agreement and Apple’s EULA

By downloading or using LiftKin, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required.

2. What LiftKin is

LiftKin is a fitness planning and workout-logging tool. It can help you organize routines, record sets, view exercise information, and ask Bolt general workout questions.

LiftKin is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or health condition and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help for urgent, sharp, worsening, or concerning symptoms. Call emergency services for a medical emergency.

3. Bolt

Bolt uses artificial intelligence and online services. Bolt can be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Do not rely on Bolt for medical decisions, emergency guidance, or as the sole basis for exercise safety. Use judgment, verify important information, and consult an appropriate professional when needed.

4. Subscriptions

Some LiftKin features may require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. The App Store purchase screen shows the price, billing period, and any offer terms before you confirm a purchase. We do not promise that a trial or promotional offer will be available or that a particular user is eligible.

Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically according to the terms shown by Apple. Apple charges your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel through Apple’s subscription-management page. Cancel before the renewal deadline Apple displays to avoid the next charge. Deleting LiftKin does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse LiftKin, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass authentication or usage controls, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, use it to violate law or another person’s rights, or use automated means to overload the service.

6. Your data and device

Workout history and most application data are stored locally. You are responsible for your device, access to it, and any backups you choose to maintain. LiftKin currently has no account system and may be unable to restore local data after deletion, device loss, or a failed transfer. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including Bolt, as the product and its providers change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these terms and will post the current version with a revised effective date.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LiftKin is provided “as is” and “as available.” The warranty and liability provisions in Apple’s Standard EULA apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
